New business manager

Responsible for strategic attraction of new customers and partners. Entering new markets, creating long-term business relationships and generating new opportunities for the company

Experience:

  • Work in B2B sales – at least 1 year.
  • Knowledge of Internet advertising (selling Internet traffic) – from 1 year.
  • Experience in international markets – preferably in the fields of iGaming, Crypto, Finance.

Skills

  • High level of communication, ability to negotiate.
  • Customer orientation, self-organization and responsibility.
  • Ability to process large amounts of information and think analytically.
  • English level – upper-intermediate.
  • Knowledge of metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI, Flat Rate, RevShare.

What you will do:

  • Implementation of personal sales plans.
  • Search for customers in international markets (lead generation): 70% of Internet search and communication through messengers, 30% of personal meetings.
  • Analysis of the client's needs and ensuring the most comfortable conditions of cooperation.
  • Development of relationships with customers.
  • Conclusion of contracts and support of transactions.
  • Management of current projects.
  • Coordination of work with other divisions of the company.
  • Implementation of the set KPIs.

Traffic manager

We are looking for a traffic manager who knows how to set up advertising campaigns and drive targeted traffic, (we will consider without experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Launching, conducting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Analysis of advertising effectiveness, work with analytics.
  • Setting up targeting and retargeting to increase conversion.
  • Optimization of the advertising budget and reduction of the cost of leads.
  • Preparing reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and providing recommendations for their improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of traffic customization will be an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with large data sets.
  • Understanding the sales funnel, the principles of performance marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation will be an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and test new approaches.
